The Hotel Shuttle, a service within the Shoreline Explorer Network, connects people arriving and departing on the Amtrak Downeaster at the Wells Transportation Center with area lodging establishments. The Hotel Shuttle is operated by Mermaid Transportation Company, Inc. under
contract with York County Community Action Corporation, the regional public transportation provider.

Schedule: The Hotel Shuttle will meet arriving and departing trains at the Wells Transportation Center on an advance reservation basis only. Click to Make a Reservation. Please check the Downeaster schedule for the most up to date schedule of arrival and departure times. Amtrak Downeaster.
Reservations: All reservations must be made in advance by phone at 1-800-696-2463 or on the internet at www.gomermaid.com.
Shoreline Explorer Hotel Shuttle reservation cut off time is 10 a.m., two (2) days prior to arrival or departure. Later requests will be accommodated if vehicles are already being dispatched for other riders.
Hotel Shuttle FARES to/from the Wells Transportation Center vary by day of the week: Friday - Monday Call 1 800 696-2463 for fare information on other days.
